  Get HAIGHT ST. and BOOTY to create this soft and sultry look! Use BOOTY on the outer eyelid and HAIGHT ST. on the inner half and most of your lid. Use your ring finger to tap in the middle to blend the 2 colors together. Line bottom lashes same as top.

  XL Color Stix glide on with ease and are so workable! I use my ring finger to blend out on eyes and cheeks by using a tapping motion.
